Union Only Training

We are able to currently provide training to members in union only on such subjects as the Master Agreement, the Statute, bargaining, alternate dispute resolution, Title 38 personnel system, and representational duties of stewards and other officers.

To request this training, please use the form listed below. It should be signed by either the Local President or designee, and the more specific information about the training, the better.

If one local is sponsoring the training, the travel and per diem for the instructor assigned will be split 50/50 with the National VA Council. If more than one local, or a District, is sponsoring the training, then 100% of the travel and per diem will be paid by the sponsoring locals/District.

Once completed, a copy should be faxed to the number listed on the form [(540) 224-1931], attention Bob Fetzer. A courtesy copy should also be faxed to the District Representative.
