PREMIUM PAY UPDATE 02/25/11
Since the issuance
of the FLRA decision on Saturday Premium Pay in July 2010, the NVAC and the
Department of Veterans Affairs have continuously worked together to reach an
agreement for compliance with the various decisions on Saturday Premium Pay.
The parties have finished an initial review of the positions initially deemed
not eligible for Saturday Premium Pay by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The NVAC is
currently waiting for more detailed position descriptions to complete the second
round of review. We will provide an update when new information becomes
