Joint Training

The National Training Committee will provide joint training. The Committee will provide a joint training team, consisting of management and labor representatives. The audience should likewise consist of labor and management representatives.

Topics for joint training currently include the Master Agreement, the Statute, partnership, leadership, communications and bargaining.

The form for requesting joint training is below. It should be signed by both the Local President or designee, and the Director or designee. Once completed, one copy should be faxed to Bob Fetzer and one to Doug Katcher at the numbers listed on the form.

As required by Article 4 of the Master Agreement, all travel and per diem costs will be the responsibility of the facility requesting training.
